Vegas.com Mobile innovations add to Las Vegas tourism technology

The Mobile Concierge service is for customers already in Vegas, with the current day and the next day Show and tour offers. The Concierge Mobile also has extensive, up-to-date information on Las Vegas hotels. It is available through texting 777 to short code VEGAS (83427) or by visiting mobile.vegas.com on handheld devices.

Customers can browse Show times, ticket prices, ratings and, soon, viewing video clips on specific shows. Customers select a show or tour offerings, then when theyre ready to buy and are directly connected to a live 24-7-365 VEGAS.com expert in the contact center that is quickly completed the transaction by taking the name of the customer and credit card number.
