4. The participant who complies with the rules of the promotion will receive category upgrade on the 5th business day of February 2011;
5. The bonus miles **, commemorative for the conquest of category, shall not be granted for the upgrade conquered through this promotion;
6. Only miles acquired through the transference from reward programs of financial institutions shall be valid for the promotion. Miles obtained through other Partner companies, i.e. miles that are not from reward programs of
financial institutions, shall not be used in this promotion;
8. Classification in special categories (Silver, Gold and Diamond) and respective cards shall be valid during the year in which they were acquired, plus fifteen (15) months. The participant who does not accumulate, during the last calendar year (January to December), of category validity and respective special card, the number of Mileage Club or perform the amount of flights required to remain in their current category, shall be classified to the category immediately below. The participant who accrue Club Miles or perform flights sufficient to keep their current category in the previously mentioned period, will have their category and respective card renewed for another year.
9. Miles transferred to the varig airlines frequent flyer Smiles account of the participant from the acquisition of goods and services from Partner companies, including financial institutions, in no event may be reversed for the Partner.
