Air Berlin launched its inaugural direct flight from Düsseldorf to San Francisco
Air Berlin is extending its range of long-haul flights from Düsseldorf to North America. The schedule for summer 2010 will offering two flights a week to this major city in the US state of California. There will again be daily flights to New York jfk airport and three flights a week to Los Angeles lax. Air Berlin usually suspends these services during the winter schedule. There will be five flights a week to Miami during the summer. Air Berlin passengers will now be able to take off for Fort Myers on four days a week. Air Berlin is offering two weekly non-stop flights from Düsseldorf to Vancouver dus YVR.

The new service from Düsseldorf to San Francisco will operate Wednesdays and Fridays beginning on May 12 until October 22, 2010 whilst offering flexibility and convenience to business and leisure travelers alike. The return flight AB 7393 will take place on Friday, 14 May, departing from San Francisco at 3:20 pm and arriving in Düsseldorf at 11:05 am.
Passengers traveling with Air Berlin on the new San Francisco-Düsseldorf service may also take advantage of convenient connections via Düsseldorf to some of Europe’s premier cities such as Zurich, Vienna and London, not to mention six inter-Germany cities including Berlin, Hamburg, Dresden, Munich, Nuremberg and Stuttgart.
